Enjoy food but don't be ruled by it. Good food should be enjoyed, whether it's healthy or not. Life is too short to feel bad about "bad" food or to live for the next cheat day. Eat well, most of the time and keep your emotions separate from your food. It's all about balance.

Ola! I'm Chardét (Char for short.) I've been in fitness for over a decade now and practiced everything from martial arts to barre. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer with experience training clients from ages 13 to 75, men and women of all abilities from around the world. I've taught classes in boutique studios in New York and most major gyms in London. I'm now ready to coach you in the comfort of your own home.
The philosophy behind the Rio Project is one that I've developed over a decade. I live and breathe it and I've taught my clients to do the same. Those who follow it are fit YEARS later - some fitter than me! I'll motivate you without being too "bootcampy." I always keep your workouts fun, creative and just a little bit different. Most importantly, I've been where you are and I know how to get you further.

One outfit doesn't work for everyone just as one fitness plan can't possibly work for every single person. Each of us has a unique body that reacts to different workouts and food in different ways, and it's constantly changing as we age, experience stress or change environments.
It's essential to understand what works for you in order to experience long-term results. Knowing what to eat and how to train for YOUR BODY will make all the difference.
