Every month that you're in the Rio Plan, you can book a free consult with me to go over your progress + challenges in training.
This could be anything from refining your training schedule to giving you exercise ideas.
It doesn't matter if you're an absolute beginner or you're nearly an athlete, the Rio Plan will help you meet your fitness goals so you can focus on living your life, not fighting for the next weight machine, running to book a class or giving up altogether.
You don't have to train every day. You don't have to train for hours. You just need to do the most effective exercises in the right combination. I will show you how on the Rio Plan with workouts that take 30 minutes or less and training schedules that fit your life and goals.

For my private clients, I charge £80 an hour starting rate for PT sessions and nutrition coaching. You get my workouts for a fraction of that price in the Rio Plan. My prices are what they are because I know the advice and tips I give you will get you healthier, fitter and stronger FOR THE LONG TERM but I also recongize not everyone needs or wants to commit to more intensive programs, so I've created the Rio Plan as an affordable option for you!
That's half the price for a PT session but unlike a PT session, you get 12 workouts which you can repeat, learn from and actually master. You ALSO get coaching from me once a quarter, live workouts AND access to a Wellness Hub + Community filled with recipes, wellness advice and workout tips.

When I first started my fitness journey, I was like how you probably are now. I was paying for PT sessions, going to loads of classes and following what I thought was the best and latest nutriton advice. I was also working a very intensive job and studying full time. All this left me exhausted. I was just barely meeting my fitness goals, definitely not eating healthy enough and feeling like it was all so much time and struggle.

What's the minimum commitment to join the Rio Plan?
There is no minimum commitment. You can do the one month taster and decide it's not for you without any obligaiton. I'm confident that you'll want to stay longer but the important thing is that this choice needs to be YOURS and yours alone.
Can anyone join? What's the availability?
Yes anyone can join! As long as you're cleared for exercise, you are welcome to come on board. Availability is limited and varies each month so as to keep giving you the personal attention that you need as a client. If you see that the plan you want is sold out, definitely send over your email so that you can be put on the waiting list for the next availabile opening!
How long will I need to stay on the Rio Plan in order to see results?
One month. Seriously, that's it. If you do all the workouts, follow the training schedule and participate in the Wellness Hub - you will feel stronger, fitter and healthier in four weeks.
How do I cancel my Rio Plan?
Your plan will automatically stop after the option you've chosen ends (e.g. one month, three months or six months.) You don't have to do anything. You'll get an email a week before your Rio Plan is scheduled to end asking if you want to continue.
Can I get a refund on my Rio Plan?
No. Refunds on the Rio Plan are not available for the Rio Plan. We don't encourage you to join if you don't think it will be a good fit for you or if you're not prepared to do the work. Ask the questions you need to before making the decision to join to make sure it's right for you - I'm here to answer them, just click that little buton below.
Should I do the the monthly taster or 3 month plan?
This is entirely up to you! The monthly taster is great if you'd just like to see what's involved. You get that initial consult with me to help refine your wellness goals too. It's only available once per person though and it is limited so if you're considering this option, make sure to book as soon as you know!
The 3 month plan is excellent to give you a strong finess background in working towards your goals, you'll have done 36 workouts, 3 monthly consults, 3 live workouts and recieve 90 days of invaluable advice on food, fitness and mindset strategies. This is the way to go if you've got a specific fitness goal in mind and/or you already do most of your training from home.
